The “Temirtau electrometallurgical complex” limited partnership was founded in 1994.
“TEMC” limited partnership includes chemical, metallurgical and mining enterprises:
— South-Topar ore centre – limestone mining and processing;
— «Manganese» ore centre – manganese and ferromanganese ore mining and processing;
— Chemicometallurgical factory – calcium carbide and ferroalloy production;
— Akmola subsidiary factory – building materials production.
Having its own raw materials base and production facilities, “TEMC” limited partnership has created a full production cycle: “raw materials – manufacture – final product”.
All the “TEMC” production possesses the conformance certificates of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The quality control is being accomplished by the accredited trial centre. The emission of harmful substances is being controlled by the sanitary laboratory of the Chemicometallurgical factory (“CMF”).

Training specialists in high and secondary schools
The director general of “TEMC” limited partnership, Mr. A.V. Niyazov, issued order # 893, dated 09.10.2009, “On training specialists in high and secondary schools”.
It states that quality, well-educated personnel is the pledge the of company’s successful work. “TEMC” administration appreciates it’s employees’ yearning to strengthen their professional and managing competence. For stimulating those of the employees, who visit high and secondary schools, “TEMC” has decided to take obligation of paying their education fee. Full or partial compensation is accomplished twice a year with the start of the new semester.
